Relationship & Relational Therapy
Your mental health is directly related to the health of your relationships. The relationship you have with yourself will also impact other relationships.
We help individuals and couples explore and address relational patterns and issues. We work from an attachment perspective so you can gain better insight and understanding into yourself and your emotional responses.
We focus on boundaries, self-advocacy and effective communication skills as well as deeper issues ... Read more
Substance & Alcohol Use
Underneath addiction is pain. Substance and alcohol use usually serve the purpose to numb, escape, avoid, and distract from the pain and discomfort inside. The cycle of substance abuse often leads to isolation, despair, self-abandonment and self-sabotage. We want you to know that you are not alone. You do not have to do it on your own. We work with clients to create more adaptive coping tools, identify underlying issues and find new ways to move forward.

Trauma-Informed Therapy
Trauma can affect and impact every aspect of your life. Our bodies store trauma from experiences that can then create distress, disease, shame, a shattered sense of self, and other disorders. Trust, safety, relationships and functioning can also be greatly impacted. To heal from trauma, it needs to be processed in safe spaces so you can move through it.
We work with clients to build better distress tolerance, improve, emotional regulation, work through shame and grief and find new forms of coping. Through the healing process you can gain new perspectives and change negative beliefs you may have about yourself.
Grief & Loss
Grief comes in many forms. You can grieve the loss of a person, a pet, a job, a relationship, a community, the life you thought you would have or the person you thought you would be. Grief is non-linear and without a timeline. You don’t simply move on from grief but rather find new ways to move forward.
We help clients process grief by reconceptualizing what the grief process looks like. We also help clients move through the emotional pain caused by grief by providing tools and skills to aid in the process.

Men’s Mental Health
Most men struggle or suffer and will do this in silence. Shame, fear and isolation are often contributing factors that inhibit men from seeking support. Societal and cultural expectations can also play a large role.
We help to bring these themes out into the open. Taking the power away from these issues and processing your emotions, allows you to grow in healthy ways. We focus on effective communication skills, identifying feelings, issues with vulnerability, self-worth, and improving relationships.
Anxiety and Depression
Anxiety and depression typically occur on a spectrum and can feel debilitating. You can feel consumed by them and they can go hand-in-hand. We help our clients find better tools and skills to combat anxiety and depressive symptoms. We also help clients identify the sources and themes associated with the cycles of anxiety and depression. Common feelings and patterns we help clients work through are fear, rumination, self-doubt, hopelessness, helplessness, guilt, regret, uncertainty, despair, preoccupation, overwhelm, emptiness and feeling stuck.

Mentoring Programs
We also offer additional services that are uniquely customized to address specific needs a client may have. We pair the client individual with a Mentor who provides weekly support for growth and/or recovery. This comprehensive service is the highest level of support we offer. This can be essential for young adults and teens navigating challenging stages of life.
